New location for COTR hairstyling program
The College of the Rockies Hairstyling program has moved into a brand new salon at the Cranbrook Main Campus. The program formerly operated out of the Mount Baker Annex building on 17th Avenue South. The new salon is located above the Plumbing and Welding shops in the Trades department at the campus and features 16 chairs, wheelchair access and allows both students and clients to take advantage of all the facilities COTR has to offer.
The salon officially opened to the public November 28 and offers haircuts and styles (colouring and perming will be available after Christmas) at reduced rates. It is open Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. To book an appointment call 250-489-8279.
