Loaf Bakery, Café & Pizzeria in Fernie has a new head chef—Billy Woodford. Woodford trained in Australia before working in B.C. and arriving in Fernie last spring.

Woodford has already made his mark at Loaf; he created the new Lunch@Loaf menu, available on a daily basis. Customers can also taste his delectable pizzas, on sale from noon on Sundays and from 5 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
