Mountain Shadows RV Resort, owned and operated by Urban Elements Development Corporation, is the only RV resort in Radium Hot Springs; these lots may be snapped up sooner rather than later.

The company has just released its first 13 lots at pre-release pricing. In partnership with Field of RV Dreams, the first phase of lots at Mountain Shadows RV Resort are starting at $59,900. In addition, lots will be available that include a new Puma 30 KDBSS travel trailer on a first-come, first-served basis.

Mountain Shadows represents the largest fully serviced lots in the Columbia Valley. They range from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet and upon purchase of an RV lot, buyers will receive a $5,000 credit towards the purchase of a new trailer at Field of RV Dreams. These lots are located between Radium Resort and Invermere and are only a 10-minute drive from Lake Windermere.
